About the event
Sound Bath In Essex.
The Essex Spiritual Centre is now trained to deliver healing via sound. This is a free event in Braintree. Bring along a yoga\pilates mat and let us have an hour of sound therapy.
This session is to experience and work with a new set of Tibetan Bowls from Nepal.
This year's Flower Moon will be in our skies on Monday 16 May at 5.14am. The Flower Moon is also called the Corn Planting Moon and the Milk Moon. There will also be a total lunar eclipse on the very same day so this Free Sound Bath will prepare you for this following universal change.
