Coping Strategies

Take time to relax. Relaxation techniques such as meditation, deep breathing, massage, reiki or sound bathscan activate the body's relaxation response and ease symptoms of PTSD.

 

Avoid alcohol and drugs.

Self Care

Planning a regular exercise routine with an exercise coach within the centre.

Eat healthy, regular meals and stay hydrated. 

Sleep plan with relaxation goals.

Positive thoughts and law of attraction.
