Sound Bath Healing Monthly Session.

This is a limited number of spaces.  A small and intense healing session.  Come along with a blanket, pillow and if you have a yoga mat and rest whilst healing takes over with sound.

The tibetan bowls can support you with:- The bowls continuous “singing” sound. 

Singing bowls have a variety of supposed benefits including reducing pain, anxiety, and depression, aiding meditation and sleep, and balancing your chakras.
