Sound Bath In Clare, Sudbury.
The Essex Spiritual Centre is now trained to deliver healing via sound. Â This is a free event in Braintree. Â Bring along a yoga\pilates mat and let us have an hour of sound therapy.
This session is to experience and work with a new set of Tibetan Bowls from Nepal.
No experience is needed.
Bring a yoga or blanket to lay on. Â You can sit in a chair. Â Have a small pillow and a bottle of water.
Let the bowls work on your anxieties, focus, health, and mindset.
