Usui Reiki.

Beginners Reiki 1 Course Online. This is not a quick and easy course as it is physcially delivered live on 4 lessons by Reiki Master Janice. This is the start of your journey to learning how to work with Reiki and become a Reiki Healer.

Why choose The Essex Spiritual Centre? You are guided by two Reiki Masters, you get a whatsapp group for the class and 24/7 support. This support can continue through your Reiki 1, 2 and 3 so that your lineage which is very well renowned can be kept true in the same house.

How is this training structured?

Your individual attunement takes place with Janice, Reiki Master. Over a 4 live teams sessions, you’ll be initiated into the works of Reiki.

The last session is private and personal time slots for each attunement. As the group is all attuned this will then be a coming together for the end of course and certificates delivered via email or shared links.

The Essex Spiritual Centre has been working online and physically Internationally since 2018. All courses are designed to fit seamlessly into your busy lifestyles, you have the freedom of knowing that there are 4 sessions over 4 weeks and life can continue without a massive chunk from your weekly schedule.

To ensure your mind, body and spirit are ready to heal, you will be advised to undertake a 21 day self-cleansing and healing period before and after receiving the attunement. This not only guides you towards greater healing but also allows you to practice your Reiki treatments as you learn.

After completing the entire course, you receive your Certificate this is not a pass or fail however each of the 4 sessions must be attended otherwise you will not receive your lineage to go on to give healing.
