It is now time to enjoy the Physical with this Chakra Unblocking Course. This course will be with Sharon @ Essex Spiritual Centre and will include snacks and refreshments throughout.

This Workshop will be as follows:-

We will together in this safe and relaxing space of The Academy start by getting to know our Chakras and the importance of each. This will be a basic overview. We will then work with our pendulum and warm the pendulum up. We will then practice testing when a chakra is blocked and then unblocked.

We will then move into setting protection, safety and I will guide you through this and together we will give you the user protection and the healing of this lovely program.
