Spiritual Healing Taster Sessions and Reiki Shares are a great way to explore the potential of energy healing in a relaxed, respectful and comfortable environment.

During a taster session, participants can experience different types of energy healing such as Reiki, sound healing, chakra balancing and crystal healing. In a Reiki Share, participants can give and receive Reiki in a group setting. This provides a unique opportunity to connect with others, to share and learn about healing, and to gain insight into the power of group energy.

The Essex Spiritual Centre will provide an introduction to energy healing, explain the different techniques, and guide the participants through each exercise. The Reiki Share and Spiritual Healing will involve giving and receiving Reiki, and is a great way to deepen the understanding and experience of healing.

Both the taster session and the Reiki Shares are here to bring community members, healing, love and sharing back into our communities.
